I knew the site is new and wont have got involved if the earning program would not have been here.
Searching the site for complaints was not helpful so, I did a search on my own by serching the site itself. Tried to get reply to quesitons

Why they pay? Oh! advertisers are here, and above all they want users to write thier own experience based posts so that they can judge the members. They will be sponsoring the profiles and insist one way or the other upon the users to make their profile look better. The sponsors will see the sample blogs or artilces and their apptitude towards webstie handling.

That was a good reason for me to Join. I know the site is hunting for good writers and have the referral program to get some good content writers to get hiered and charge the sponsors some fees to share among its users.
